Find the reels that work. Make yours by Friday.
An app on your own computer that finds the outlier reels in your niche, writes them into scripts for your product, and cuts your footage so a reel ships the same day.
Most reels take a day to make and sell nothing.
“I've got so much footage stuck on my hard drive. It should be out there doing stuff for us, getting us views. I come back from a trip with a terabyte of footage.”
Founder, events and marketing agency
“A video editor might charge 20 to 30 thousand Hong Kong for a big vlog, two versions. There's no ROI to that now. I can't afford to pay that anymore.”
Founder, recruitment agency
“I allocated a lot of the budget towards content, and I think that's where it kind of backfired.”

Two desks on your machine, running as one app.
Research desk
Scrapes platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts for the creators you name, then filters by outlier score and engagement, so you start from reels already proven to work.
Analyser
Reads each reel for who it pulled and why it held, then turns the transcript and B-roll into a script for your product, so you film from a plan.
Brand kit
Holds your colours, fonts, logo and product shots and swaps them into the B-roll and the sample cut, so every draft already looks like you.
Editing desk
Takes your raw take, cuts the mistakes and silences, places B-roll where the script calls for it, and re-edits on instruction, so a reel ships without an editor.
Every outlier in your niche, filtered down to the ones worth copying.
- Pulls every reel from the creators you name across platforms like Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, and refreshes the vault daily, so you always see what is working this week.
- Filters by outlier score, so a reel that did 40 times a creator's usual views surfaces even when the creator is small.
- Opens any reel with its read-out: who it pulled, where it held attention and where it dropped them, so you can build your own version on what actually worked.
A script for your product, from a reel that already worked.
- Extracts the transcript and the B-roll list, then rewrites the hook, body and close around your product in your voice, so you film from words already written.
- Your brand kit drops your colours, type, logo and product shots into the captions, the B-roll and the end frame, so the first draft already looks like it came from you.
- You get a sample cut before you film, so you know what the finished reel looks like and can change the script first.
Your raw take, cut and captioned the same day.
- Cuts the retakes, silences and filler out of your raw take and transcribes what is left, so you never scrub through an hour of footage looking for the good line.
- Drops the B-roll at the marked words in your colours and renders a vertical cut with captions burnt in, so what comes back is ready to post.
- Tell it what to change in plain words, like swap the second B-roll, and version two renders in minutes.
One install. Pick the desk you need.
If you already have an editor, take the research desk and feed them scripts. If nobody edits, take both and ship without hiring.
Research desk
We install the scraper, the analyser and your brand kit, run the first week beside you and hand over the runbook. Scripts land in your Projects folder from day one.
Both desks
Research and editing together, so a raw take becomes a posted reel the same day. We install, cut the first three reels with you, then it runs on your machine.
One reel, reverse-engineered
Email us a reel link and a little about your product to request a read-out and script. We’ll reply to arrange the details.

Should I just copy the reel that went viral?
No. What worked is the structure: where the hook lands, where it turns, how late the product shows up. Those carry over to your niche. The footage and the creator's voice do not, and a straight copy reads like one the moment it is posted.
Why do my reels get views but no customers?
Usually because the reel pulls the wrong crowd. A hook built for reach draws people who will never buy, and the views look like progress. The read-out shows who a reel actually pulled, so you copy the ones that pulled buyers like yours, even when the view count is smaller.
Do I still need an editor?
Not for the cutting. The desk removes retakes and silences, places the B-roll, burns in captions, and takes changes in plain words. The one thing it leaves to you is deciding what to say, and that is the script you approve before you film.
What do I actually have to do each week?
Pick two or three reels from the vault, approve the scripts, and film yourself reading them, three to five minutes each. Everything before and after that runs on your machine.
