Cold outreach that actually books meetings.
A system that reads who is buying, sends from domains that are not yours, and answers every reply while the lead is still warm.
Most outbound fails long before anyone reads the email.
“Email for us is just bombing. We used to send three or four hundred a day from one account and it drove loads of registrations. It is now incredibly challenging.”
CRO, SaaS company
“We have delivered over a thousand attendees, and two or three percent come from email. It is shocking. There is probably something we do wrong.”
Founder, B2B events company
“Five hours a day, literally five hours a day, checking the people, checking the profiles, checking the companies. By hand.”
Head of BD, Fintech
Four parts wired on your accounts and running as one system.
Signals and lists
Pulls your whole market from several databases, then continuously reads review sites like Reddit and niche communities, public registries and Google reviews, so the list starts with companies already showing they need it.
Sending infrastructure
Sends from separate domains it warmed for three weeks, scores each one daily, and pulls any that drifts toward spam, so your own domain never carries the risk.
Copy and testing
Starts from openers that have booked meetings before, rewrites them in your voice, and changes one thing per round, so you always know what moved the reply rate.
Replies and meetings
Reads every reply the minute it lands, answers the warm ones and pings your rep, then books the meeting with the prep attached, so a lead never waits until morning.
Your whole market, scored down to the accounts worth the effort.
- Pulls the full market from several databases at once, one for volume, one for keywords, one for lookalikes of your best accounts, and collapses it to one clean row per company.
- Enriches every account with live context: what is happening there now, what they actually sell, and signals from review sites like Reddit, public registries and Google reviews.
- An AI scores every account against your rubric, so the ones showing the clearest intent right now sit at the top of the list and get the first emails. Nothing sends until you approve it.
Thousands of sends a month. Your domain untouched.
- Separate domains and inboxes, warmed for three weeks, so the first real email reaches an inbox that already trusts them.
- Each domain is scored every day on placement and bounces. One that drifts toward spam is pulled before it costs you.
- Your invoices, logins and reputation stay on a domain that never sends a cold email.
Every reply answered while the lead is still warm.
- A reply at 23:14 is read, matched to what they asked about, and answered by 23:18, in your voice.
- Warm replies ping your rep with the thread attached. An objection gets the answer written for that objection.
- The meeting lands on your calendar with the RFQ, the draft and the thread already in the invite.
Same install. You choose who runs it.
If you have someone who can own outbound, take the runbook. If you would rather just get the meetings, we run it for you.
Own it
We install it, run the first round beside your team, and hand over the runbook. Round two is yours, with every setting we tuned still in place.
We run it
We run it every month, read every reply, tune what moved, and report the numbers.

Open the local leads toolWhere cold email breaks
Should my main domain send cold email?
No. If a batch gets flagged, the damage lands on the domain you use for invoices, logins and customer email, and it takes weeks to recover. Cold email goes out from separate domains we warm up first, so a bad week costs you a sending domain and never your real one.
Why does nobody on my list reply?
Usually because the list came from an industry filter, so most of it was never a fit. When you start from companies that are hiring for the problem, complaining about it in a review, or newly licensed, you are writing to people who already have the pain. The reply rate follows.
Should we write our own first sequence?
Write the second one. The first should be an opener that has already booked meetings in a similar market, rewritten in your voice, because a fresh sequence gives you nothing to test against. From there, change one thing per round so you can see what moved the reply rate.
What happens to a reply at 11pm?
It gets read, matched to what the person asked, and answered within a few minutes from the same inbox. A reply that waits until the next morning often goes cold, because by then the person has moved on to something else.
